- I would like to add to this a bit. For the VLC player, whenever you add songs (containing album art) to a playlist, VLC copies and stores that album art inside an appdata folder for VLC. Even if you remove the album art from the songs themselves, the playlist will still have it. You have to make sure to edit the playlist file with a text editor.
- You can cast content from a VLC player to your Chromecast-connected TV from a Mac or PC. As long as your devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, casting from VLC to Chromecast is a seamless process.

Hi,
I know this is dumb, and I never had this type of problem with my windows version, but I can't seem to make the album cover art to display.I Googled the problem in vain I'm afraid. All the solutions that are supposed to display the cover art in the preferences panel simply don't apply to my version.
I'm running VLC 2.2.1.Vlc Download Mac
I also like to add that if I right click on the song, and choose 'Media Information', I can see my cover art.Download Vlc Player For Mac
But impossible to display it in the player.It would be awesome if someone could offer a solution, it seems so simple.
