At least I have found no way. I dragged that Epson folder out, hoping that it might get replaced by Updates, but it didn't. A search on the Internet reveals that other people are asking about this problem and they are using other printers from other manufacturers. I don't know if it is a problem caused by the MacOS, or the printer driver software.
