The backlight that illuminates the keys on the computer's keyboard is off by default. To turn it on, press and hold the Fn key, and then tap the Z key. Press this same Fn + Z hotkey combination to turn it off again. I have had help getting the keyboard, mouse and touchpad to work again but the backlight on the keyboard still is not working. Toshiba Satellite Pro 2n1. I am afraid to uninstall and re-install it as I already had Toshiba and Microsoft help me fix this with I think a patch after the windows 10 upgrade. I have not been able to use the fn-keys or turn on the backlight in my keyboard. I have tried searching for the problem, but the only solution i found was to install the program: Samsung Settings. When I install the program windows blocks it with this warning: 'This app has been blocked for your protection'.
